My name is Israel “Izzy” Saucedo, and I run Get Bizzy LLC. I have spent years building, ranking, and monetizing local service websites using the rank and rent model and local SEO.
Before all of this, I was working hands-on jobs and dealing directly with contractors and home service business owners. I saw firsthand how little most businesses understood about the internet, websites, or Google, and how much opportunity existed for people who were willing to learn how it actually works.
Rank and rent was where my entire online journey started. I did not come from a design background or a tech background. I learned by building real sites, testing what worked, fixing what did not, and repeating that process over and over again.
